Chief Executive Officer
Dallas is a writer, director and producer. His experience includes previously working at a leading video production house where he worked in various production capacities.
He has also had an IAB award-winning background in marketing and leading teams to success.
As a Senior Prize recipient from the University of Auckland 2008 Film, TV & Media Studies degree programme – he has always put creativity and communication at the centre of his work.
Chief Creative Officer
Adrian is a prolific writer and director with a proven track record of viral ad creation, having generated over 38 million views across digital platforms.
With a unique background including 450+ professional theatre performances, as well as commercial work for some of NZ’s biggest brands, Adrian combines a narrative focused directing approach with deep commercial understanding.
You might recognise Adrian from his performances the in Pop-Up Globe, or as the voice behind many of your favourite TV commercials.

Richard has had many accomplishments including being a Finalist for the 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and in 2023 he received the Gold Award for ‘Service to the Industry’ at the IAB Awards.
